Tony comes to Del Rio from El Paso with over 18 years of commercial and mortgage lending experience.  His area of expertise are in interim construction and permanent lending in both commercial and residential real estate.  He is a graduate of Western States School of Banking at the University of New Mexico graduating second in his class. 

He is an Executive board member of the Chamber of Commerce, President elect of the Del Rio Rotary Club, member of the Del Rio Military Affairs Association, and Board member of Del Rio Rotary Housing I & II.
